1. The month and season is the first factor we use. Some months are a bit more expensive than others. For example Summer months are our peak season and are generally the most expensive of the year. October also falls into this catagory, due to the large number of guest seeking accommodations. Generally the months of February, March, April and May are by far the least expensive months to stay with us. these months are our "off season". Other months such as , November , December, are our average months. Keep in mind that any holiday and / or special event will be higher than the off or average months. 2.Another factor that determines your rate will be the length of your stay with us. We do not book for single , one day stays. Our two day stays are our mimimum stays, they will be at full price. Discounts start adding up when you stay four or more days. Full week stays and beyond will receive the maximum disounts we allow. NOTE these are all subject to the holiday and special events rate pricing, ASK US FIRST.
3. We offer discounts to , active military, returning customers, Girl scouts, Boy Scouts, Church groups, those who book early, ASK US.
